Music video for “Kouv”

This music video was filmed at four different fresh water springs and one abandoned well in early May of 2021 in Rapla Parish (Estonia). Locations featured in this video are (in the order of appearance): Rangu Springs at 59° 01′ 48.7″ N 24° 28′ 39.7″ E nameless springs at 59° 01′ 22.0″ N 24° 29′ 01.9″ E Joosva Arteesia Well at 58° 49′ 60.0″ N 24° 23′ 26.1″ E Mustallika Springs at 58° 52′ 02.2″ N 24° 22′ 09.4″ E Neitsiallika Springs at 58° 59′ 07.0″ N 24° 24′ 30.5″ E The song is in Livonian language and the title Kouv means “the well” in English. Livonian is a Finno-Ugric language that became extinct in 2013 with the death of it’s last native speaker Grizelda Kristiņ. Currently there are still about 40 reported speakers mainly living in Latvia.
